Voice audio is processed to generate transcripts and is deleted or anonymized according to your tier's retention policy. Transcripts are retained so mr CHUY. can remember context across sessions. No. CLEVERALPHA does not use your data to train AI models. Our third-party processors, including OpenAI, are configured for zero data retention for content where that setting is available. Your conversations, documents, memory, and knowledge base stay yours.
Transcription accuracy varies with background noise, accent, and language. Quieter environments and a good microphone produce the best results. mr CHUY. uses industry-leading speech-to-text and continues to improve; known limitations are documented in our accessibility statement.
